A Government Entity in Uganda, invites expressions of interest from qualified firms and Individual to participate in the Tender for the Recruitment of a Procurement Assistant
Scope of Work:
The Procurement Assistant will support the UCSATP procurement team by assisting with various procurement activities, including the preparation and processing of procurement documents, maintaining procurement records, and ensuring compliance with World Bank procurement guidelines.
The role involves helping with bid and proposal management, organizing meetings, participating in evaluations, and preparing progress reports.
Additionally, the assistant will help with supplier payment processing, maintain a supplier database, and ensure proper documentation and filing of procurement records.
The Procurement Assistant will work closely with the Procurement Officer to ensure efficient and timely procurement operations within the project.
