A Financial Institution in Uganda, invites expressions of interest from qualified firms to participate in the Supply, Implementation, Support, and Maintenance of Extended Detection and Response (MXDR) Services
Scope of Work:
This scope covers the provision of advanced cybersecurity services, including the supply, implementation, and ongoing support of a Managed Extended Detection and Response (MXDR) solution.
The selected vendor will be expected to deploy a robust system capable of real-time monitoring, detection, and response to cyber threats across the Institution’s IT environment.
This includes integration with existing security infrastructure, continuous threat hunting, incident response, reporting, system updates, and 24/7 technical support for the entire duration of the contract.
