The scope of work for this tender involves the provision of suitable office space through renting for the Entity in various districts, including Kiruhura, Wakiso, Rubanda, and Rwampara.

The rented office spaces must meet the Entity’s operational needs, providing adequate space for staff and public interactions, with essential services such as electricity, water, internet, and security in place.

The premises should be accessible, secure, well-maintained, and comply with local building regulations. The landlord is responsible for the general maintenance of the building, while the Organization will manage day-to-day operations within the rented space.

The contract will span two years, with a potential for renewal, and include clear payment terms, rent escalation clauses, and conditions for termination or early exit.

The successful bidder will also be responsible for ensuring the space is ready for immediate occupation, including any necessary renovations or modifications.
