The scope of this prequalification process covers the identification and registration of eligible and competent suppliers, service providers, and contractors for the provision of a broad range of goods, services, and works to the Organization throughout the 2025 calendar year.

The prequalified entities will be considered for future procurement opportunities supporting the Organization’s health programs, research initiatives, administrative operations, and facility maintenance.

This includes, but is not limited to, supply of medical and laboratory equipment, office supplies, ICT equipment and services, consultancy and training services, construction and renovation works, vehicle maintenance, and other operational support services.

All submissions must adhere to the requirements outlined in the prequalification document and demonstrate the capacity to deliver high-quality, timely, and cost-effective solutions in line with the Organization’s mission and procurement standards.
