The scope of work for the General Prequalification of Service Providers for the Period 2025/2026, 2026/2027 & 2027/2028 involves identifying and prequalifying service providers for the supply of a wide range of goods and services over the next three years.

This includes the provision of assorted furniture (office and lecture room), laboratory tools, agricultural medicines, and animal feeds. In addition, prequalified providers will offer services such as design and feasibility studies, land surveying, and consultancy in engineering and architecture.

The scope also covers civil works (such as repairs, partitions, painting, and glassworks), electrical works (including rewiring, rehabilitation, and IT infrastructure), as well as plumbing and drainage services (water supply and drainage repairs).

The goal is to establish a pool of qualified suppliers and contractors to support the university's ongoing and future needs across various domains, ensuring timely, efficient, and high-quality service delivery throughout the prequalification period.
