A Non-Governmental Organization (NGO) in Uganda, invites expressions of interest from qualified firms to participate in the External Evaluators for Capacity Assessment of Companies
Scope of Work:
The scope of work for this tender involves conducting comprehensive capacity assessments of companies and associations interested in hosting or employing graduates under the WeWork Project’s Work Readiness Program (WRP).
The evaluators will assess the organizational structure and governance practices of the companies, evaluate their financial health and operational capacity to host graduates, ensure compliance with labor laws, and review the work environment to confirm it meets legal and ethical standards.
Additionally, they will identify potential risks associated with hosting graduates and propose effective mitigation strategies.
The evaluators will deliver detailed reports with their findings and recommendations based on these assessments.
