A Financial Institution in Uganda, invites expressions of interest from qualified and eligible firms for the Civil Works for Construction, Renovations, Expansions, and Fit-Out of the Institution Premises under Framework for a Period of Three (03) Years
Scope of Work:
This procurement covers the provision of civil works for the construction, renovation, expansion, and fit-out of various Institution premises under a framework agreement for three years.
The selected bidder will be responsible for executing all civil works, including but not limited to structural construction, renovations, internal fit-outs, and any necessary modifications to the Institution’s facilities as per the requirements specified by the Institution.
The work will involve managing and overseeing all aspects of the construction process, including the provision of labor, materials, equipment, and ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements.
The bidder will be required to complete each project phase within agreed timelines and provide any required post-construction support and maintenance.
