Job Description
As the Workplace Experience Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of Bolt’s office spaces in Tanzania. Your duties will include maintaining a pleasant and functional work environment, providing administrative support, liaising with external service providers, supporting employee onboarding and offboarding, and helping organize team events and celebrations. You will be the go-to person for workplace-related queries and ensure a seamless and professional experience for employees, visitors, and partners. You will also work closely with the Regional Workplace Experience Manager, Real Estate team, and other internal departments to support operational needs.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Manage the daily operations of all Bolt offices in Tanzania
Welcome and guide visitors, ensuring they are attended to and staff are notified
Handle administrative office tasks such as collecting mail, organizing packages, invoices, and receipts
Communicate with landlords, service providers (cleaning, internet, security), and order office supplies
Organize in-office events, celebrations, and employee engagement activities
Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding
Support the Regional Workplace Experience Manager and other teams with workplace logistics
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all tasks
Handle unexpected office-related challenges in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Experience in facilities/office management, event planning, or administrative support, preferably in a fast-growing company
Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for helping people
Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Fluency in spoken and written English; additional languages are a plus
Tech-savvy and comfortable using MacBook, Google Docs, Gmail, Slack, and video conferencing tools
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and handle confidential information sensitively
Drive, intelligence, and integrity are valued above formal qualifications
