Job Description

The role involves acting as a thought partner to C-suite executives at globally influential organizations, identifying and solving complex business problems with custom-designed solutions leveraging Invisible’s AI platform. The VP will manage 3-5 multi-million-dollar accounts, lead pilot projects, drive contract negotiations, and ensure successful long-term engagement through strategic planning and cross-functional collaboration.

Duties, Roles and Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for executive leadership at strategic accounts

  • Lead early-stage discussions and define client-tailored business solutions

  • Design, oversee, and execute pilot programs to demonstrate business value

  • Drive and manage contract negotiations and closures

  • Identify and expand growth opportunities within existing accounts

  • Develop and execute strategic account plans

  • Collaborate closely with internal teams (Growth, Operations, Product, and Technology)

  • Maintain high levels of client satisfaction and advocacy

  • Manage renewals and contract expansions to align with evolving client needs

Qualifications, Education and Competencies

  • Minimum 12 years of experience in quota-carrying sales and strategic account management in Managed Services, SaaS, or Professional Services

  • Demonstrated ability to build trust with C-suite executives and navigate complex sales processes

  • Proven success in negotiating enterprise deals valued at $10M+ ARR

  • Strong strategic, consultative, and problem-solving skills

  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills

  • High autonomy and adaptability in a dynamic environment

  • Willingness to travel 50–75% of the time
