Job Description
The role involves acting as a thought partner to C-suite executives at globally influential organizations, identifying and solving complex business problems with custom-designed solutions leveraging Invisible’s AI platform. The VP will manage 3-5 multi-million-dollar accounts, lead pilot projects, drive contract negotiations, and ensure successful long-term engagement through strategic planning and cross-functional collaboration.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for executive leadership at strategic accounts
Lead early-stage discussions and define client-tailored business solutions
Design, oversee, and execute pilot programs to demonstrate business value
Drive and manage contract negotiations and closures
Identify and expand growth opportunities within existing accounts
Develop and execute strategic account plans
Collaborate closely with internal teams (Growth, Operations, Product, and Technology)
Maintain high levels of client satisfaction and advocacy
Manage renewals and contract expansions to align with evolving client needs

Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Minimum 12 years of experience in quota-carrying sales and strategic account management in Managed Services, SaaS, or Professional Services
Demonstrated ability to build trust with C-suite executives and navigate complex sales processes
Proven success in negotiating enterprise deals valued at $10M+ ARR
Strong strategic, consultative, and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
High autonomy and adaptability in a dynamic environment
Willingness to travel 50–75% of the time
