Develop annual product plans and road map for value added services.
Develop annual KPIs and balance score card objectives regarding revenue achievement according to the business plan.
Contribute to the overall segment strategies and annual marketing plan.
Revenue planning for the Group Top 5 products.
Product Lifecycle management and resource management.
Conduct regular marketing intelligence efforts on value added service products and make recommendations to business.
Identify potential new product development opportunities for value added service.
Support the marketing team in preparing proposals for new and modified products.
Ensure availability product manuals and product descriptions for all products.
Data analysis and reporting.
Revenue planning and management.
Optimize customer acquisition, drive sustainable usage, and improve retention through strategic product innovation and development.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer science, Information Technology, Statistics or any related degree.
Post-graduate qualification (e.g. CIM), an MBA would be an added advantage.
Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in a marketing position, with a focus on product development.
Minimum of 1 - 2 years’ management experience.
Experience of Telecommunications Industry or FMCG marketing environment.
Able to operate in a performance driven organization.
Affinity with and technical knowledge of the latest technologies and services used within the industry and affiliated industries.
