To take demand from Personal, Prestige and Private Banking clients for banking matters ranging from product questions to client account activities (e.g., opening of relevant accounts, statements, debit order information, etc.), whilst forming an accurate assessment and understanding of that demand in order to act on it in a one-and-done manner that consistently delivers what matters to the client within product and legislative (e.g., FAIS) parameters.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients or partners to understand their needs, expectations, and goals.
Account Management: Oversee and manage client accounts, ensuring that services and products meet their needs and addressing any issues or concerns.
Client Acquisition and Retention: Develop strategies to acquire new clients and retain existing ones, focusing on delivering high-quality service and value.
Problem Resolution: Address and resolve client issues or complaints promptly and effectively, working to prevent future problems.
Sales and Business Development: Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products or services to existing clients and contributing to business growth.
Reporting and Analysis: Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to client relationships, such as satisfaction levels, retention rates, and revenue.
Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work closely with other departments (e.g., sales, marketing, product development) to ensure a cohesive approach to client management and to address client needs.

National Certificate in Banking (NQF5 FAIS recognised qualification)
Experience
Branch Operations
1-2 years Relevant FAIS qualification and experience. If no FAIS experience, would then need to operate under supervision.
Previous experience in branch banking or contact centre environment with good understanding of bank processes, policies and products.
