Duties, Roles and Responsibilities

Receive, vet and track customer documents
Open job files in SPOT
Timely invoicing and communication with customers
Cargo tracking and updates
Minimizing operational delays
Travel Allowance
Process driver travel allowances
Ensure accountability and maintain auditable records
Document Management
Open job files in SPOT
Archive documents for closed jobs
Provide files to internal clients
Attach invoices and transporter documents
Maintain physical files and archives
Additional Responsibilities:
Perform other duties as requested by the supervisor or management.
Collaborate with departments to ensure seamless operations.
