Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Develop and execute B2B trade marketing plans to attract new businesses.
Identify target industries and create tailored solutions.
Ensure brand visibility and positioning in the HR staffing market.
Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients and industry associations.
Manage trade marketing budgets for B2B lead generation, digital campaigns, and business networking.
Track the effectiveness of trade promotions, referral programs, and industry partnerships.

Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Candidates MUST possess a Bachelors Degree in Economics, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
2 years of experience in a busy sales environment.
