Job Description
The Tour Guide will be responsible for leading guided tours, sharing information about historical, cultural, and natural attractions, and ensuring the safety and satisfaction of all clients. Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Lead guided tours to various tourist destinations, providing informative and engaging commentary.
Share knowledge about local history, culture, and attractions to enhance the tour experience.
Ensure the safety and comfort of clients throughout the tour.
Handle client inquiries and provide assistance during tours.
Maintain professionalism and a positive attitude at all times.

Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Minimum O-Level Certification or Certificate in Tourism-related fields.
Internships or on-the-job training with tourism agencies.

UTB Tour Guide License.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Friendly, professional, and customer-focused.
