Job Description
Position: Tele-Sales Representative
Location: Platinum Credit (U) Ltd.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Promote and sell loan products through telephone communication, driving sales growth.
Enhance customer service and strengthen the company’s image by maintaining professional interactions.
Engage customers and encourage them to take out loans with Platinum Credit (U) Ltd.
Gather referrals from existing customers to expand the customer base.
Support branch sales by referring potential customers to the appropriate branch.
Provide excellent and efficient customer service, ensuring a positive customer experience.
Conduct after-sales follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction.
Contribute to customer retention by providing ongoing service and support.
Onboard new customers, ensuring smooth integration into the company’s system.
Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Required Qualifications and Experience:
Minimum of a Diploma in Sales, Marketing, or a related business field from a recognized institution.
Strong ability to close sales and resolve customer complaints.
At least 6 months of experience in Tele-Sales.
Basic knowledge of office administration and office software.
Age range: 23 to 30 years.
Other Attributes:
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including strong listening abilities and stress management.
Analytical skills for preparing reports and understanding sales data.
High integrity and the ability to work effectively in and lead a dynamic team.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Familiarity with company credit/lending policies.
Team player with the ability to manage people efficiently in a changing work environment.
Proficient in computer use and database management.
Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
