Job Description
Q-Sourcing Limited trading as Q-Sourcing Servtec is a manpower management solutions firm operating in the East African Region in the countries of Uganda, Kenya, Tanzania, Rwanda, and South Sudan.
On behalf of our client JC International, we are looking for competent, skilled, and experienced Technical Training Instructor to work in Kampala.
JC International (JCI) is a Nigeria based company certified to professionally provide Inspections, Training, Asset Integrity Assurance, and Pipeline & Process Services to the Oil & Gas, Marine, and Construction industries. With over 20 years of providing quality services, we have established a solid reputation as the company of choice to our customers in Nigeria and across West Africa.
Duties and Responsibilities
Training Delivery: Conduct technical training sessions, workshops, and hands-on demonstrations to develop the technical skills of employees or clients in specific fields such as engineering, IT, manufacturing, or other technical domains.
Curriculum Development: Design, develop, and update training materials, curricula, and instructional methods to ensure they are effective, up-to-date, and aligned with industry standards.
Assessment and Evaluation: Evaluate the progress and performance of trainees through assessments, exams, and practical exercises. Provide feedback and identify areas where further training or support is needed.

Qualifications and Competencies
Minimum of 4 years work experience in delivering lifting operations courses or HSE programs
MUST hold any or more of this industry recognized qualification (NPORS, NEBOSH, OPITO, IOSH). You will be required to deliver the company’s accredited courses as per the accreditation program’s guidelines and standard in Uganda and across East Africa
Knowledge of Microsoft office suite use is compulsory.

Being in possession of B.Ed. qualification
