Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead our tech team, with a minimum of 5 years in a similar role. In this position, you will oversee the development and implementation of our apps, platforms, and systems, ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within scope, and meet business requirements. Your project management expertise, combined with a strong technical background, will be vital to the success of our e-mobility solutions.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Project Management: Lead and manage technical projects from inception to completion, ensuring that all projects meet business requirements, deadlines, and quality standards.
Team Leadership: Supervise and support the development and engineering teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
Planning and Execution: Develop detailed project plans, assign tasks, monitor progress, and adjust plans as necessary to ensure successful project delivery.
Stakeholder Communication: Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project status, risks, and issues, ensuring clear and concise communication.
Quality Assurance: Ensure that all project deliverables meet high-quality standards and adhere to best practices in software development.
Problem Solving: Proactively identify potential risks and issues, developing strategies to mitigate them and ensure smooth project execution.
Documentation: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including requirements, specifications, and progress reports, to track project development.

Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Essential Hard Skills
Project Management Experience: At least 5 years of experience in managing tech projects.
Technical Background: Strong understanding of software development, particularly backend development, cloud integration, and data analytics.
Cloud Knowledge: Experience with tools such as Firebase, Google Cloud, Node.js, and React.
DevOps Understanding: Basic knowledge of DevOps practices.
Data Analytics: Experience in developing data pipelines and using reporting tools.
Essential Soft Skills
Leadership: Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage relationships with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Problem Solving: Creative problem-solving skills to navigate challenges and find solutions.
Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.
