Job Description
REPORTING TO: Managing Director
Purpose of Position:
The role is responsible for driving the sales, usage, and profitability of E-Business products while ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategies to achieve the bank’s digital banking budget.
Create and oversee the execution of a robust onboarding and scaling process for GTBank’s digital products (e.g., Agent Banking, Mobile Banking) in compliance with regulatory guidelines.
Monitor and enhance the operational efficiency and effectiveness of digital financial services, support functions in resolving issues, review procedures, and automate processes to improve performance.
Build and manage a high-performing team, providing coaching and capacity building.
Prepare and submit management and regulatory reports on digital financial supervision and support.
Ensure profitability for all electronic banking products, channels, and solutions deployed.

Qualifications, Education and Competencies
University degree in Business Administration, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
At least 3 years of experience in digital banking.
Strong communication, marketing, and negotiation skills.
Leadership and management capabilities.
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, attention to detail, decision-making, and team leadership skills.
