Job Description
The Suite Head will oversee the Commercial Clients Suite within the country, ensuring the effective delivery of tailored banking solutions and services to high-value commercial clients. This includes leading strategic initiatives, driving business performance, and managing risk while maintaining exceptional customer service standards. The position plays a vital role in identifying market opportunities, overseeing client relationship management, and ensuring credit risk and compliance requirements are met.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Lead and manage the Commercial Clients Suite to meet growth, retention, and profitability targets.
Oversee the delivery of proactive sales, financial solutions, and excellent service to commercial clients.
Identify and leverage market opportunities to drive business development.
Ensure compliance with internal and external risk and regulatory requirements.
Drive efficient cost control, forecasting, and budgeting.
Guide and motivate the team in preparing and submitting credit applications.
Manage high-value client portfolios while maintaining deep understanding of their financial and business needs.
Ensure strong alignment with the bank’s strategic goals and customer value propositions.
Build and maintain stakeholder relationships internally and externally.

Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Education
Qualification: First Degree
Field of Study: Business Commerce
Experience Required
5–8 years of experience in Relationship Banking, specifically within Business & Commercial Banking.
Proven track record in managing high-value commercial client portfolios.
Strong experience in budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and financial analysis.
Significant expertise in preparing and motivating credit applications, with a strong grasp of risk assessment.
Deep understanding of business and industry risks within the commercial banking environment.
