Job Description
As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of store operations, ensuring efficient daily activities, maintaining high customer service standards, and meeting sales goals. You will lead and motivate your team to perform effectively, ensure proper stock management, and oversee administrative duties. The role requires a proactive, organized individual capable of driving store success through excellent leadership and operational oversight.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Manage store operations and ensure efficient daily workflows
Supervise, train, and develop store staff
Monitor and maintain store inventory and assets
Oversee store layout and merchandising for maximum customer appeal
Handle customer service and resolve queries and complaints professionally
Ensure accurate and timely store administration

Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Minimum Qualifications:
Matric or equivalent qualification
Experience:
Minimum of two years’ experience in retail management (essential)
