Job Description
The Store keeper is responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role involves cash handling, inventory management, and maintaining high standards of service.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage inventory, ensuring stock levels are maintained and products are available for customers
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Train and mentor new staff, providing ongoing support and development.
• Monitor and control expenses to ensure profitability.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment.
• Receive and inspect products, raw materials, and packaging materials to ensure they meet quality standards
• Store items in designated areas and maintain an organized inventory
• Issue materials and goods to authorized personnel for production, quality control
• Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, receipts, and issuance
• Monitor stock levels to prevent shortages or overages
• Organize the layout of storage areas for efficient access
• Ensure timely procurement of materials and goods
• Maintain good relationships with suppliers and ensure timely deliveries
• Oversee the casuals' operations

Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Qualifications:
• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related courses is preferred
• Proven experience in stores management.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to analyze sales data and implement effective sales strategies.
• Knowledge of inventory management and stock control.
