Job Description
The Sr. Video Editor/Content Creator will lead the end-to-end process of video production, from conceptualization to final execution. They will collaborate with internal teams, apply the EUNOIA and Triad frameworks to brand storytelling, and leverage AI-powered tools to enhance content creation. The role requires expertise in performance-based editing, consumer psychology, and rapid iteration cycles to optimize engagement and conversions.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Develop, edit, and optimize direct-response videos for platforms such as Facebook, TikTok, Snapchat, and YouTube.
Align video content with the company’s brand strategy, ensuring consistency across messaging and visual identity.
Implement data-driven optimizations by analyzing key performance metrics (CTR, ROAS, CPA).
Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and strategists to refine video concepts and execution.
Experiment with new video formats, including AI-driven editing and AR/VR content.
Organize video assets efficiently, ensuring compliance with licensing and usage rights.
Mentor junior editors and creatives, fostering innovation in video storytelling.

Qualifications, Education and Competencies
5+ years of professional video editing and content creation experience, particularly in direct-response marketing.
Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and motion graphics.
Strong understanding of consumer psychology and data-driven video performance.
Experience in brand archetype frameworks like the EUNOIA System or similar branding methodologies.
Ability to manage multiple projects with fast turnarounds while maintaining quality.
Familiarity with collaboration tools like Asana, Trello, or Monday.com.
Bonus: Experience in AI-driven video editing, 2D/3D animations, or AR/VR content creation.
