Job Title: Sourcing Manager
Duty Station: Kampala, Uganda
The Agro Industries, is seeking a dynamic & results-oriented Sourcing Manager to lead our procurement and supply chain activities. The role involves identifying reliable suppliers, negotiating contracts, and ensuring the consistent supply of high-quality grains and raw materials to meet production demands.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Develop and execute sourcing strategies aligned with company goals.
Build and maintain strong supplier relationships.
Monitor market trends to secure cost-effective procurement.
Ensure compliance with quality and regulatory standards.
Collaborate with internal teams to forecast needs & optimize inventory.

Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Proven experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain management (3+ years preferred).
Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
Experience in the agricultural or commodities sector is an advantage.
