Job Description
Job Title: Social Media Manager

We seek a skilled social media specialist to help clients create engaging content, enhance online presence, and connect with audiences. The position is a hybrid role, offering flexibility in terms of work setup and payment based on workload.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Content Planning and Creation: Develop and schedule tailored content for various social media platforms, ensuring alignment with client branding and goals.
Strategy Execution: Implement strategic social media plans to achieve client objectives, such as increasing engagement, driving website traffic, or boosting brand awareness.
Performance Analytics: Monitor key metrics and analytics, such as reach, impressions, click-through rates, and conversions, and prepare performance reports to guide improvements.
Community Engagement: Actively engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster an online community to strengthen the brand’s connection with its audience.

Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Trained and certified as a social media specialist, indicating formal knowledge of tools and platforms.
Experience in managing social media accounts for businesses, handling professional campaigns.
Strong storytelling skills with a flair for visually appealing designs.
Proficiency in tools such as scheduling platforms, graphic design software, and analytics dashboards.
Ability to track performance data and derive actionable insights to optimize campaigns.
Keen interest in staying updated with social media trends and experimenting with innovative approaches to engage target audiences.
