Job Description
The Social Media Growth role is focused on expanding ElevenLabs' presence on Instagram and TikTok, with the goal of reaching 100K+ followers on each platform by the end of 2025 and scaling to millions by 2026. This role provides autonomy, creative freedom, and opportunities to collaborate with top AI creators while making a significant impact on the company's growth.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategies to grow Instagram and TikTok accounts.
Create and manage engaging content tailored to each platform.
Write compelling copy that resonates with ElevenLabs' target audiences.
Implement growth hacking techniques to increase reach and engagement.
Build and nurture a thriving online community.
Stay up-to-date with social media trends and leverage them effectively.
Collaborate with AI creators and internal teams to enhance content and engagement.

Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Required:
Proven experience scaling at least one Instagram or TikTok account to 50K+ followers.
Strong copywriting skills.
Familiarity with social media trends and strategies.
Preferred:
Experience managing multiple social media accounts.
Background in social media roles for companies or creators.
Ability to create static and video content independently.
Deep understanding of social media growth techniques.
