We are looking for a Social Media Admin is responsible for managing a company’s presence across various social media platforms, including creating and posting content, engaging with followers, monitoring online conversations, responding to messages, analyzing performance metrics, and implementing social media strategies to achieve marketing goals, all while maintaining a consistent brand image across platforms.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Content creation and scheduling: Develop engaging content for social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc., including text, images, videos, and graphics, and schedule posts according to a content calendar.
Community management: Respond to comments, messages, and mentions promptly, addressing customer inquiries and concerns while maintaining a positive brand voice.
Social listening: Monitor online conversations related to the company, industry trends, and competitor activity to identify potential issues and opportunities for engagement.
Analytics and reporting: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) like reach, impressions, engagement, and conversions on social media platforms to analyze campaign effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
Campaign execution: Develop and implement social media marketing campaigns aligned with overall marketing objectives, including promotional offers, contests, and influencer collaborations.
Brand consistency: Ensure all social media content adheres to brand guidelines, tone of voice, and visual identity.
Trend analysis: Stay updated on emerging social media trends and platforms to identify potential opportunities for brand engagement.
