Job Description
As the Social & Community Lead, you will be the voice and face of the brand across platforms like X (Twitter), Discord, Telegram, and others. Your mission will be to create and manage campaigns, foster meaningful engagement with players, coordinate with different departments, and lead a team of moderators. This is a dynamic and remote role suited for someone who thrives in digital spaces, has a deep passion for games, and understands the unique culture of Web3 communities.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Develop and execute social media and communication campaigns aligned with marketing strategies.
Manage and grow community platforms including Discord, X, and Telegram.
Spark and maintain engaging conversations, ensuring a consistent tone and brand voice.
Collaborate with creators, brands, and communities for partnerships.
Respond promptly to community comments, inquiries, and player feedback.
Lead community experiments to scale programs and measure impact.
Manage and guide community moderators.
Organize and participate in virtual events to enhance community engagement.
Coordinate closely with Marketing, PR, Communications, Development, and Business Development teams.
Build and maintain relationships with users, influencers, and journalists.
Monitor trends in Web3, crypto gaming, and competitive landscapes.
Report on community growth and engagement metrics to leadership.

Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Passion for digital gaming and the Web3 space.
Minimum 2 years of experience in community management.
Proven success managing social platforms like X and Discord.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Experience with social media tools and content creation.
Ability to moderate conversations, both online and offline.
Strong analytical skills to interpret traffic and engagement metrics.
