Job Title:  SME & Retail Sales Agent (Several Fresher Job Opportunities)

The SME & Retail Sales Agent is responsible for driving sales and providing outstanding customer service to small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and retail clients. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, maintaining existing relationships, and working toward achieving sales targets. The agent will also provide tailored solutions based on client needs, ensuring high customer satisfaction and fostering long-term business relationships.

Duties, Roles and Responsibilities

Sales and Lead Generation:

  • Identify and prospect new SME and retail clients.

  • Build and maintain a pipeline of potential customers through cold calling, networking, and attending business events.

  • Actively promote the company’s products or services to meet sales targets.

  • Develop tailored sales pitches to meet the specific needs of SMEs and retail businesses.


Customer Relationship Management:

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

  • Regularly follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify new sales opportunities.

  • Provide product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients.


Sales Target Achievement:

  • Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

  • Report on sales activities, forecasts, and pipeline to management.


Market Research and Feedback:

  • Monitor market trends and competitors to stay ahead of industry changes.

  • Gather feedback from clients to improve products, services, and sales strategies.


Sales Administration:

  • Prepare and process contracts, orders, and invoicing for clients.

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and sales activities.

  • Collaborate with other departments (e.g., marketing, logistics) to ensure smooth product delivery and service.


Customer Service:

  • Address customer queries and issues promptly and professionally.

  • Provide after-sales support to ensure long-term satisfaction and retention.


Product Knowledge:

  • Stay updated on product offerings, features, and benefits to provide accurate information to clients.

  • Educate clients on new products and services that meet their business needs.
