Site Projects Supervisor job at Flip Africa

We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic Site Projects Supervisor to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth execution of painting projects at various client sites.
Oversee daily operations at assigned project sites, including supervising painters and other workers
Ensure adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards
Manage inventory control and coordinate the procurement of materials and equipment.
Perform basic accounting tasks, such as tracking project expenses and preparing invoices.
Foster a positive and productive work environment on-site.

Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
A keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality.
Experience in Accounting, Admin or Procurement would be an added advantage
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Valid driver's license.
