We are looking for a Showroom Supervisor with experience in managing retail stores and a strong record in boosting sales and revenue. The ideal candidate will align showroom activities with company goals and deliver excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Team Management:
Supervise and coordinate the activities of security personnel.
Schedule shifts and assign duties to security staff.
Training and Development:
Train security staff on security procedures, policies, and use of equipment.
Conduct regular training sessions and drills to ensure preparedness.
Performance Evaluation:
Monitor and evaluate the performance of security personnel.
Provide feedback, conduct performance reviews, and address performance issues.
Operational Duties
Security Patrols:
Conduct regular patrols of the premises to ensure safety and security.
Monitor and inspect security equipment and systems (e.g., alarms, CCTV).
Incident Response:
Respond to and manage security incidents, emergencies, and alarms.
Coordinate with law enforcement, emergency services, and other relevant parties during incidents.
Access Control:
Oversee the control of access to the facility.
Ensure proper identification and screening of visitors, employees, and vehicles.
Reporting:
Maintain detailed and accurate records of security incidents, patrols, and investigations.
Prepare and submit incident reports to management.
Investigation:
Conduct investigations into security breaches, thefts, and other incidents.
Gather evidence, interview witnesses, and liaise with law enforcement if necessary.
Strategic and Administrative Duties
Security Planning:
Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and protocols.
Conduct risk assessments and recommend security enhancements.
Compliance:
Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal security regulations.
Keep up to date with changes in laws and regulations affecting security operations.
Budget Management:
Assist in preparing and managing the security department’s budget.
Ensure cost-effective use of resources and manage expenditures.
Equipment Management:
Manage the maintenance and inventory of security equipment.
Recommend the purchase of new equipment as needed.
High level of integrity and ethical conduct.
Trustworthy and responsible in handling sensitive information and situations.
Attention to Detail:
Keen attention to detail to identify potential security risks and issues.
Dependability:
Reliable and able to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Education:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Bachelor’s degree in criminal justice, security management, or a related field (preferred but not always required).
Certification:
Professional certifications such as Certified Protection Professional (CPP), Physical Security Professional (PSP), or other relevant security certifications (preferred).
Experience
Work Experience:
Proven experience in a security role, with a minimum of 2-5 years of experience.
Prior supervisory or management experience in security is highly desirable.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Proficiency in using security systems and technology (e.g., CCTV, access control systems).
Basic computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office or similar software.

Good physical condition and stamina, as the job may require patrolling and responding to emergencies.
