Job Description
We are looking for a reliable and customer-focused Shopkeeper to manage daily operations at our retail store. The ideal candidate will handle sales, maintain inventory, and ensure a welcoming environment for customers.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service: Greet customers, assist with product selection, and address inquiries to ensure a positive shopping experience.
Sales Transactions: Process payments accurately, handle cash, and provide receipts.
Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, reorder products as needed, and organize merchandise displays.
Store Maintenance: Keep the store clean, organized, and safe for both customers and staff.
Record Keeping: Maintain sales logs, track daily earnings, and prepare simple financial reports.
Compliance: Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations.

Qualifications, Education and Competencies
