Job Description

Supervise service operations, coordinate mechanics, manage customer complaints, track service performance.

Duties, Roles and Responsibilities

  • Supervise mechanics and service advisors.

  • Ensure timely servicing and repairs of vehicles.

  • Handle customer complaints and ensure satisfaction.

  • Manage spare parts usage and service center stock.

  • Monitor service revenue and expenses.
