Provide advice tailored to customer needs in a caring and polite manner to drive satisfaction and retention.
Key responsibilities
Communicate with customers about vehicle maintenance/repair needs and prepare job cards.
Provide advice tailored to customer needs in a caring and polite manner to drive satisfaction and retention.
Keep customer promises through completion of all requests, fair prices and on-time delivery.
Utilize the service appointment system to maximize facility and manpower capacity and reduce no show rate.
Provide clear and fair cost estimates to customers and advise any changes.
Keep customer informed of vehicle status and any changes.
Comply with TSM-FIR, 5S and Anzen.
Achieve timely debt/cash out standing collection from customers.
Actively participate in achieving set service targets for PSFU, CSI, NPS, FIR & Service through-put.
