Job Description
Powered by Search is seeking an experienced SEO Link Building Strategist to develop and lead backlink strategies for 4–5 enterprise-level B2B SaaS clients. The role involves managing a team of outreach specialists and link prospectors, creating data-driven strategies to improve domain authority and close link gaps, and performing detailed backlink audits and analysis. You’ll also be responsible for reporting on results, optimizing outreach systems, and presenting strategic plans to clients.

Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Strategic Link Building Leadership (40%)
Lead backlink strategy planning and execution for client accounts
Mentor and manage a team of outreach specialists
Develop scalable systems for outreach and prospecting
Monitor KPIs and maintain high-quality standards across campaigns
Technical SEO & Link Analysis (30%)
Conduct comprehensive backlink audits
Perform link gap and anchor text analysis
Optimize outreach templates and workflows
Advise on technical implementation of advanced link-building strategies
Client Success & Reporting (30%)
Manage 3–5 enterprise client accounts
Report on backlink performance and organic growth metrics
Lead strategic planning sessions and quarterly business reviews
Identify and act on new link-building opportunities

Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Required Experience:
3+ years in technical SEO, with 2+ years focused on link building
Proven success in securing high-quality backlinks through white-hat methods
Expertise with backlink analysis tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Majestic, etc.)
Deep understanding of SEO principles, link quality, and topical relevance
Experience managing multiple enterprise clients
