Quality Control: Perform quality control checks and calibration procedures on laboratory equipment, ensuring accuracy and precision of test results, and compliance with regulatory standards.

Data Analysis: Analyze test results, interpret findings, and report abnormal or critical results to healthcare providers in a timely and accurate manner.

Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed records of laboratory tests, procedures, and results, ensuring completeness and confidentiality of patient information.

Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot technical issues and problems encountered during laboratory testing, including instrument malfunctions, sample contamination, and quality control failures.

Training and Supervision: Provide training, supervision, and guidance to junior laboratory staff, including medical laboratory technicians and assistants, ensuring compliance with standard operating procedures and safety protocols.

Customer Service: Interact with healthcare providers, patients, and other stakeholders in a professional and courteous manner, addressing their needs, inquiries, and concerns related to laboratory testing.
