Comprehensive Rehabilitation Services for people with disability in Uganda (CORSU)
To provide support in the management of the various human resource functions and activities including recruitment, staff capacity development, staff motivation and retention initiatives, as well as all other Human Resource Management functional requirements within the Hospital.
Up to date HR information system (documentation) maintained on all staff (the employees & non-employees) personnel records regarding (biodata updates, salary, leave and others).
Support implementation and review of organisational HR policies, processes, and procedures.
Coordinate implementation of staff welfare and health services.
HR function and performance records ensured including training and reporting.
HR Officers supervised, coordinated, guided, and evaluated.

Bachelor's degree in human resource management with a focus on Business Administration.
A postgraduate Diploma in HRM from a recognised training institution. Experience:
3 years' post-graduate qualification experience in a reputable organization. Knowledge and Skills: (refer to job details on the CORSU Website)
