Job Description
The Senior Administration Officer, reporting to the Manager Administration, will be responsible for the effective execution of administrative strategies, ensuring a clean and organized workplace, and supervising related staff and services. The officer will contribute to work planning, implementation, and reporting while fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and innovation to improve efficiency and service delivery.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Develop and implement divisional work plans and ensure timely reporting
Supervise the maintenance and cleanliness of company premises
Plan and coordinate administrative operations and logistics
Oversee office supplies, inventory, and procurement requests
Maintain accurate records and ensure proper filing systems
Ensure security, health, and safety compliance in the workplace
Coordinate and manage support staff duties and performance
Contribute to development and review of administrative policies and procedures
Foster continuous improvement through knowledge management and innovation
Any other duties assigned by the supervisor

Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, Business Administration, Human Resource Management, Management Science or related field
A minimum of five (5) years of relevant work experience in administration, three (3) of which should be at an officer level in a reputable organization
Proven experience in administration and resource management
Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills
Proficiency in MS Office and administrative software tools
High integrity, professionalism, and ability to work under minimum supervision
Age range: 25-35 years as at the close of the advert
