Job Title: Sales Supervisor - Field Sales & Agent Management

Chrif Enterprises Ltd. is looking for a highly aggressive, hands-on, and results-driven Sales Supervisor to take full ownership of our sales operations, drive door-to-door field sales, and manage sales agents. This role requires strong leadership, planning, and execution to ensure all sales targets are met—no excuses. The right candidate must be relentless, willing to work long hours, and committed to pushing teams beyond limits to achieve outstanding results.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Aggressively drive door-to-door field sales to ensure consistent market penetration and growth.
Recruit, train, and manage a team of sales agents to maximize performance.
Set daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets, ensuring 100% achievement.
Develop and implement territory sales plans to optimize coverage and conversions.
Conduct regular field visits to monitor performance, provide coaching, and maintain high standards.
Use data-driven insights to track sales performance and adjust strategies.
Monitor agent productivity, motivate the team, and ensure accountability.
Instill a target-driven culture emphasizing discipline, work ethic, and commitment.
Resolve sales challenges instantly to avoid delays.
Lead ongoing training programs to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
Conduct performance reviews and provide actionable feedback for improvement.
Implement incentive programs to maintain high motivation.
Develop and manage sales forecasts aligned with business objectives.
Generate reports on sales performance, market trends, competitor analysis, and ROI.
Collaborate with marketing teams to align sales efforts with promotions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and prospects.
Ensure high customer retention by solving challenges and responding to inquiries.
Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements.
Maintain quality control over sales processes and customer interactions

Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in field sales and sales team management.
Proven experience in door-to-door sales and managing high-volume sales environments.
Strong leadership, planning, and execution skills—a target is a target!
Ability to work long hours, including weekends and under high pressure.
Highly skilled in sales strategy, motivation, and performance tracking.
Strong Excel and data analysis skills for tracking agent performance and trends.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and team-building skills.
