Job Description
We are looking out for Sales Representatives for one of our clients in the FMCG Industry.
Duties and Responsibilities
Identifying Potential Clients: Researching and prospecting new clients or customers by identifying leads through various channels like networking, referrals, or cold calling.
Product Demonstrations and Presentations: Explaining the features and benefits of products or services to potential clients through meetings, presentations, or demonstrations.
Negotiating Sales Contracts: Engaging in negotiations regarding pricing, terms, and contracts to close sales and ensure mutual agreement.
Maintaining Client Relationships: Building and nurturing long-term relationships with customers, addressing their needs, and providing post-sale support.
Achieving Sales Targets: Meeting or exceeding sales goals set by the company, tracking personal and team progress, and adjusting strategies accordingly.
Preparing Sales Reports: Keeping records of sales activities, including leads, conversions, revenue, and customer feedback to report to management.
Attending Trade Shows and Conferences: Representing the company at industry events to network and generate leads.

Qualifications and Competencies
Minimum of a Degree in Sales & Marketing, Business, Finance & Accounting, Statistics, Science related Courses.
Must have a Valid Driving License.
