Job Description
As a Sales Phone Agent at LawnStarter, you will handle inbound and outbound calls, with the responsibility of making approximately 200 calls per week. You will explain LawnStarter's services, provide job estimates, and successfully book and upsell customers for recurring lawn care services. Your ability to build rapport with customers, overcome objections, and close sales over the phone is essential. You will be expected to meet defined sales targets and adhere to a schedule while maintaining high productivity. This seasonal role, running from February to September, has the potential to transition into a permanent position based on performance.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls, making approximately 200 calls per week.
Provide job estimates and successfully book lawn care services.
Upsell customers for recurring services.
Establish rapport and provide superior service to customers.
Meet defined sales targets and agent metrics.
Adapt to changes in customer needs and company policies.
Work collaboratively with the leadership team, taking feedback and continuously improving performance.

Qualifications, Education and Competencies
At least a high school diploma.
EXCELLENT written and verbal English skills.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in the BPO industry preferred.
Prior experience using CRM and VoIP software is a plus.
Ability to connect with US-based customers and close sales over the phone.
Strong objection-handling and upselling skills.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment with a high level of productivity.
Willingness to work US hours and weekends, with flexibility for rotating shifts.
