Job Description
The Sales Officer Intern will play a key role in driving sales and customer engagement at Mogo Finance. The intern will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, explaining the benefits of Mogo’s financing solutions, and ensuring all documentation is accurately processed. Additionally, the intern will support administrative tasks, maintain customer relationships, and meet branch sales targets.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Promote and sell Mogo Kenya’s financial products to customers.
Facilitate the sales of new and used cars, motorcycles, and three-wheelers.
Manage and execute the loan issuance process for potential clients.
Ensure proper documentation for each sale is completed and submitted.
Assist with administrative tasks such as vehicle inspections and price updates.
Manage incoming customer inquiries and follow up until the sale is finalized.
Adhere to Mogo’s sales process and standards.
Work towards achieving the branch’s sales targets through various sales channels.
Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
At least one year of relevant sales experience.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and adapt quickly.
High level of resourcefulness and proactiveness in handling customer needs.
Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
Fluent in English and Swahili.
Strong sense of integrity and loyalty.
