We’ve been doing this for the last 7 years for 1500 youth in Kosovo & Katanga slums. Today, we are on a mission to upskill 10,000 young people in more slum communities.

Our profits go towards upskilling youth from underserved communities with valuable digital skills, making a meaningful impact on their lives.
Sales Goal Setting: Set monthly goals, KPIs, and establish a structured daily outreach plan to achieve sales targets.
Lead Generation: Identify and qualify new sales leads, utilizing various channels to create a healthy sales pipeline.
Meetings and Presentations: Schedule meetings and deliver compelling presentations to prospects, effectively showcasing our company’s services.
Sales Activity Tracking: Document all sales activities in the company’s CRM system, ensuring the database remains up-to-date with accurate account information.
Customer Feedback: Gather and communicate customer and prospect pain points to relevant departments to enhance our services.
Pipeline Management: Maintain a well-developed pipeline of prospects, nurturing these relationships and advancing them through the sales process.
Account Management: Develop strong, ongoing relationships with prospects and customers, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
Quota Achievement: Meet and/or exceed sales quotas by applying effective sales strategies and techniques.
Collaboration: Collaborate with other team members and departments to optimize the overall sales effort.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Experience: 2-4 years of proven sales experience, with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas.
Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive rapport with various individuals.
Self-Driven: Highly self-motivated and goal-oriented, capable of working independently and as part of a team.
Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
CRM Systems: Working knowledge of CRM systems to effectively track and manage sales activities.
Customer Service: Must have a deep understanding of strong customer service principles and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
Closing Skills: A knack for closing deals, confidence in sales negotiations, and a passion for success.
