Job Description
Job Title: Sales Executive (Fresher Jobs)
Organisation: EBC
Duty Station: Kampala, Uganda
We are currently looking for a results-driven Sales Executive. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in the sale of construction materials and exceptional relationship management skills. Additionally he/she should have a proven track record in B2B sales, a deep understanding of the construction industry; as well as the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Drive sales of construction materials, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
Build and nurture long-term relationships with contractors, developers, suppliers, and other industry stakeholders.
Leverage an established network to generate and convert leads into long-term clients.
Negotiate contracts, close deals, and ensure excellent customer satisfaction. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to inform sales strategies.
Consistently meet and exceed sales targets.

Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is an advantage.

3-5
Additional Requirements
Preferred Personality Traits: Confident, charismatic, and persuasive. Strong interpersonal skills to manage and grow client relationships. Resilient and adaptable, with the ability to handle sales challenges. Goal-oriented and self-motivated. Specific Skills
Proven experience in sales, preferably in the construction materials industry.
Strong network and connections within the construction sector.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a sales team.
