Job Description
The Sales Enablement Partner will report to the Sales Enablement Manager and collaborate with leaders in Sales, Customer Success, Solutions Engineering, and Business Development. The primary responsibility will be to develop, manage, and implement effective training programs for the Sales team. This includes creating sales playbooks, maintaining documentation, coaching team members, and ensuring that training leads to improvements in key performance indicators. The role also includes assisting with internal communication efforts and collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve sales effectiveness.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Manage the full development lifecycle of sales enablement programs, from inception to proficiency, including new hire onboarding and ongoing skills training.
Use various media (LMS, video, live training, written documentation) to upskill and train the sales team.
Create and maintain actionable sales playbooks/handbooks.
Coach team members on prospecting, account planning, discovery, contract negotiation, and managing activities.
Continuously assess and update internal and customer-facing business processes.
Ensure that training leads to behavior changes that improve key performance indicators.
Collaborate with revenue leaders and the broader enablement team to increase sales productivity.
Assist with internal communications, such as newsletters, sales kick-offs, and meetings.

Qualifications, Education and Competencies
5+ years of experience in field enablement, with a proven record of successful coaching and training.
Experience in sales, business development, or account management.
Experience in the software industry, particularly B2B customers.
Familiarity with CRM, LMS, and project management tools.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to translate internal stakeholder needs into actionable requirements.
Data-driven mindset with the ability to influence strategy and priorities.
