Job Description
As a Sales Associate at Coalition Technologies, you will be part of a high-performance remote team focused on identifying and converting prospects into long-term clients. You will be responsible for outbound calling, maintaining a pipeline, and offering tailored digital marketing solutions. The role requires exceptional communication skills, a solid understanding of marketing services, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
This role comes with ongoing commissions for new sales and offers the flexibility to work remotely, with a strong support system and structured sales resources provided.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Make outbound calls using a company-provided prospect list
Develop new prospect lists and lead-generation strategies
Use, improve, and maintain company-provided scripts
Conduct research on clients' backgrounds and business objectives
Act as a consultative partner, offering tailored marketing solutions
Follow up with prospects professionally and promptly
Coordinate with the strategy team for lead hand-off
Respond to RFPs and client queries in a timely manner
Track progress using company CRM and reporting tools
Attend virtual sales meetings and training sessions

Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Experience in selling marketing products or services (digital preferred)
Online marketing knowledge, particularly SEO and Google Ads (preferred)
Cold calling and outbound sales experience
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Confident phone presence and persuasive speaking ability
Time management and organizational proficiency
Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Google Apps (preferred)
Self-driven, positive, and professional work ethic
Ability to explain services clearly and differentiate CT from competitors
Availability to work 40 hours/week, 9:00 am – 6:00 pm PST
Reliable high-speed internet and phone service
Quiet, professional remote work environment
