Job Description
The Sales and Marketing Executive will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies across various product lines, identifying new business opportunities, maintaining customer relationships, managing the company’s digital presence, creating promotional content, conducting market research, tracking and analyzing sales performance, and collaborating with operations and logistics teams to ensure customer satisfaction. The role demands creativity, a strong sales drive, multitasking ability, and willingness to travel within Uganda.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Develop and implement sales strategies to meet company targets.
Identify and engage potential new clients and business opportunities.
Maintain and expand existing customer relationships through excellent service and follow-up.
Manage and enhance the company’s digital presence (social media, email marketing).
Assist in creating promotional materials and marketing content.
Conduct market research to track trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
Track and analyze sales and marketing performance metrics.
Collaborate with operations and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
2-3 years’ experience in sales and/or marketing roles, preferably within a trading or distribution company.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects at once.
Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of digital marketing tools is an added advantage.
Willingness to travel within Uganda for client meetings and market research.
