Duties and Responsibilities
Sourcing data from primary and secondary sources to use for analysis and supporting business decisions.
Ensure data captured is of good and sufficient to support business functions and activities.
Developing and maintaining adhoc databases, data systems – reorganizing data in a readable format.
Using statistical tools to identify, analyze, and interpret patterns and trends in complex data sets that could be helpful for the diagnosis and prediction.
Monitoring business performance and performance trends.
Preparing reports for management stating trends, patterns, and predictions using relevant data.
Working with technical teams, process owners, business managers, and management heads to identify process improvement opportunities, propose system modifications, and devise data governance or business improvement strategies.
Preparing final analysis reports for the stakeholders to understand the data-analysis steps, enabling them to take important decisions based on various facts and trends.
Monitor SDD projects progress by tracking activity; resolving problems; publishing progress reports; recommending actions.
Preparation of Franchise Partners and Sales teams KPI targets for daily and monthly Performance monitoring and Tracking.

Qualifications and Competencies
A bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, finance, economics, statistics, or a similar field. Financial news subscriptions
3+ years of experience analyzing complex data preferably FMCG.
Proficiency with data analysis tools/statistical tools.
Strong mathematical skills.
Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
Attention to detail.
Exceptional eye for details.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment as well as individually.
High integrity is mandatory.
