Job Description

Job Title:   Sales Administrator - Car Financing (Fresher Jobs)

Organisation: Mogo Uganda

Duty Station:  Kampala, Uganda

Reports to:  Car Financing Manager


We are seeking a suitable Sales Administrator to support our logbook sales agents under the car financing section. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of sales processes, managing agent-related tasks, and providing administrative support to the sales team.

Duties, Roles and Responsibilities

  • Ensure timely follow-up on agent payments and resolve any payment-related issues.

  • Verify and ensure the accuracy of agent information shared to management.

  • Register new agents on the system, on system and partner portal and maintain up-to-date records.

  • Compile and submit comprehensive end-of-month reports highlighting issues, support needed, and performance metrics.

  • Prepare and submit agent’s weekly and end of month commission payment to the finance department.

  • Ensuring proper record of all sales agents signed broker agreements and other related documents.

  • Work along with the Car field team leads to address basic agent concerns.

Qualifications, Education and Competencies

  • Any related university degree from a recognized university.

  • Proficient in using Excel, CRM software, and other sales administration tools.

  • Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills to ensure effective interaction with customers and internal teams.

  • Excellent Problem solving skills to address challenges in sales administration

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities efficiently, meeting deadlines and maintaining workflow effectiveness.
