We are seeking a strategic professional to lead our sales and marketing activities, develop and execute strategies, and drive business growth in our dynamic IT company
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Sales Strategy and Execution
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue goals.
Identify/Pursue new business opportunities and partnerships.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities.
Monitor and report on sales performance metrics.
Marketing Strategy and Execution
Develop and execute marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness.
Oversee the creation of marketing content.
Collaborate with product development for marketing initiatives.
Analyze marketing performance metrics.

Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
1 to 2 years’ experience in a sales/marketing role, preferably in IT.
Understanding of digital marketing, SEO, SEM, and social media strategies.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in CRM software and marketing automation tools is an added advantage
Results-driven with a track record of achieving targets.
