Job Description
As a Restaurant Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily functioning of the restaurant. This role involves supervising staff, ensuring quality service delivery, managing customer feedback, enforcing hygiene and safety standards, and supporting restaurant management through effective coordination and reporting. You will also play a key role in staff motivation, training, and shift planning.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate the activities of waitstaff, cashiers, and cleaning personnel.
Monitor customer service to ensure satisfaction and address complaints or concerns in a timely manner.
Train new employees and continuously motivate the team to uphold service quality and professionalism.
Enforce hygiene, health, and safety regulations throughout all restaurant operations.
Assist with shift planning and ensure appropriate staffing levels are maintained.
Provide regular reports on team performance, service quality, and operational issues to the Restaurant Manager.

Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Proven experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry.
Strong leadership and team coordination skills.
Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
Good organizational and time management skills.
Familiarity with food safety and hygiene standards.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Diploma or certificate in Hospitality Management or a related field is an added advantage.
